Important note on how IPTVisionPro works

1. A pure playback tool

IPTVisionPro provides only the technical function of playing back media sources entered by the user themselves. The App contains no TV channels, no streams, no film/series content and no references to such content, and it neither advertises nor brokers such content.

2. Content comes solely from the user

All content played back comes from sources that the user enters independently (e.g. their own IPTV credentials, M3U playlists or addresses). The Provider does not store, host or buffer this content, does not routinely access it and does not control it.

3. User responsibility

The user is solely responsible for holding the necessary rights and authorisations for the sources and content they use, and for ensuring that their use complies with applicable law. Using the App to access content without the necessary rights is prohibited.

4. No connection to providers or brands

The Provider has no connection to IPTV service providers or rights holders. Brand and product names mentioned (e.g. "Xtream Codes", "LG", "webOS") are the property of their respective owners and serve only to describe technical compatibility; no partnership or endorsement is implied.

5. Disassociation from unlawful content

The Provider expressly disassociates itself from any unlawful content and does not tolerate use of the App to infringe copyright or other protective rights.

6. Copyright & reporting of infringements

As the App hosts, stores or distributes no content, the Provider cannot technically remove third-party streams; these lie exclusively with the third-party sources entered by the user. Rights holders should therefore contact the respective source or hosting provider for removal.
